Denise tested recipes for the New York Times for twenty-five years before launching The Cook's Cook, a multimedia company bringing together the international community of professional chefs and passionate home cooks. The Cook's Cook works closely with housewares and food brands to introduce them to The Cook's Cook social media following of 1.5 million consumers. Denise has written for the New York Times and numerous other publications, and is the author of a New York Times cookbook, Dinner for Eight: 40 Great Menus for Friends & Family.
