Our Les Dames d’Escoffier New England Chapter annual fundraising event this week, hosted by JWU Providence, was a great success, with fabulous donations to the silent auction and donated ingredients for the five-star menu prepared by the JWU students, allowing us to make a generous donation to JWU scholarships!
